Project Engineer & Land Surveyor

Warren is a registered professional engineer, and a registered professional land surveyor, who has completed numerous forensic engineering investigations since he joined ADP in 2008. He has worked on cases for insurance companies, attorneys, and private owners throughout New England, covering a broad array of topics. These investigations include residential and commercial construction defects, residential fires, mold investigations, roof failures, blasting claims, foundation and retaining structure failures, building material failures, and product failures. He has an extensive working knowledge of currently adopted building codes and has completed numerous code studies for repair design work. He has performed the role of client representative and provided construction monitoring services for the reconstruction of various fire damaged structures, including testing, cleaning and sealing of fire damaged assemblies.

Warren has also worked on various residential surveying and construction projects located on fresh and saltwater waterways, determining set-backs, construction layout, and working with state and local authorities to complete permitting. He has a refined knowledge of the FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Maps, Flood Elevation Certificates, and the process of obtaining a Letter of Map Amendment.

Warren has a reputation of being a collaborative team player, working successfully with owners, architects and contractors, and achieving success by providing superior service in a timely fashion.
